India is Future!

Being one of the craziest fans of Indian Cricket for a decade I myself ask the inevitable million dollar question "Is it the time now?" Is it the time now for our much celebrated fantastic four to make way for the younger lot. Why as this question now? Why when they are going on and When they are playing well?
India cant afford to lose all of their experienced campaigners and at the same time we cant leave our test team in the hands of young bridge completely. So our selectors should plan ahead of their retirement and also strike the balance between giving oppurtunity to youth and maintaining a winning combination. We should start giving our promising youngsters Rohit, Raina enough oppurtunity who should be groomed with the likes of Sachin. Who could help those youngsters starting their career in the highest level. The comb which has proved itself that it could go for the long run has been the openers. Both Viru and Gauti have been excellent in other forms of game and they have the potential to do well in tests too.
Any good team needs all rounders to lend that balance to the team. We have one good all-rounder in the form of Dhoni who has shown admirable temperament in leadership qualities. Irfan who has been inconsistent in the last two years should improve himself because he could give any captain the leisure of playing an extra bowler or batsman.
Bowling seems to have some very good pool of promising youngsters. The hard work put up by some of our association and MRF pace academy over the last decade has shown its fruit today which has led to a good bunch of fast bowlers to choose from. Ishant, Sreesant and RP have been very good. Spin dept which has been our trump card in our backyard has two very talented young men Chawla and Ojha to fight for that spot to bowl along with Bhajji.
What should these essentially mean India surely has the backup players to replace those stalwarts. Both oppurtunity and time would make these youngsters better players at the highest level.
