1 Open an empty notepad file
2 Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3 Save it as whatever you want and in any location.
4 Close it, and re-open it.

2 Type the following
3 =rand(i,j)
here i>0, j>0 (Note: i can also be equal to j)
